Include the market, timeframe and what you expected to see when something in the terminal looks wrong; a screenshot helps more than a description.
What to write about
One address covers all of it. Starting the subject with the topic gets the message to the right answer faster.
- Support: a chart, a study, data that looks wrong or a feature that does not behave as documented.
- Founders: payment, access after payment, or a question before deciding.
- Privacy: a request to access, correct or delete your account data, or to remove a Founders reservation. Mark the subject as a privacy request.
- Corrections: a documented claim that does not match what the product does.
- Press and partnerships: reviews, comparisons, integrations and data use.
Telegram
The Basis Telegram channel carries release notes, and you can message the team there directly. The links are in the support menu inside the terminal.
What we will never ask for
Basis never asks for a wallet recovery phrase, private keys, exchange API keys with withdrawal rights or a password by email or message. Basis does not hold funds, place trades or manage accounts, so no genuine message from us needs any of them. If a message asks for one, it is not from us: forward it to the address above.
